UK DELIVERY TIMES & CHARGES:
Standard UK Delivery £1.99- Standard delivery will take 3-10 working days for all UK mainland postcodes.
Express UK Delivery £6.00- Express delivery will take 1-2 working days for all UK mainland postcodes.
All orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday excluding bank holidays.
Please note Ugly Pants is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen from time to time and can occur in peak volume periods.
RETURNS:
At Ugly Pants, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of our intimate apparel, we must uphold certain policies regarding returns and refunds.
NON-RETURNABLE:
Please note that, except in cases of faulty items, our products are non-returnable once they have been opened or used. We believe in providing a hygienic and safe experience for all our customers, and this policy helps us maintain those standards.
60-DAY UGLY GUARANTEE:
First-time customers, who placed their order on or after 30/07/2024, can receive a refund for one product purchased in their first order with Ugly Pants as part of our 60-Day Ugly Guarantee. Visit https://uglypants.com/pages/60-day-ugly-guarantee-registration and fill out our registration form and we'll issue a refund if you are not satisfied with your Ugly Pants Period Pants. If you're purchasing bundle packs or multiple items, please note that only one product is eligible for a refund. Our Overnight flow period pant sets are excluded from this guarantee. Please note, shipping costs are not eligible for refund under the 60-Day Ugly Guarantee, and you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
FAULTY GARMENT:
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our Ugly Pants team at help@uglypants.com immediately, providing your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
POSTAGE AND RETURNS:
While we strive to deliver your order in perfect condition, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the package and its contents upon receipt, and promptly notify us so that we can assist you in resolving the matter.
We kindly ask that you do not send any products back to us without prior arrangement. Any unexpected returns received may be returned to sender.
