How many period pants do I need?
Every flow is different, as is every person. So, what works best for you might not work best for someone else. How many pants you need depends on a few variables like:
- How long does your period usually last?
- Do you want to wear the pants day and night?
The answers to these questions should lead you to a good number of pants, but a bit of trial and error, and seeing what works for you might also do the trick. We would recommend 3-5 pairs for daytime and 3-5 pairs for overnight.
For daytime styles we would recommend are the Thong, Bikini, and Hipster. For nighttime styles we would recommend the Overnight and the sleep sets for ultimate comfort.

Can I use period pants during nighttime?
Yes, very much so. Regular period-proof underwear works for up to 12 hours meaning they will work perfectly well during the night. But, depending on your flow level and sleeping position you might need a little extra protection when sleep. So we've introduced our overnight range to keep you protected and secure all night long
